Einfluss der User Experience im Online-Shop auf die Kundenloyalität. Mittels Literaturrecherche, Kriterienkatalog entlang der Customer Journey und Webanalyse habe ich die Erkenntnisse in einer SWOT-Analyse zusammengefasst. Gesammelt und strukturiert habe ich die Recherche vor und während der Arbeit in FigJam, wie das abgebildete Board zeigt.
Studienarbeit ansehenThe influence of user experience in the online shop on customer loyalty. Using a literature review, a criteria catalogue along the customer journey and web analytics, I summarised the findings in a SWOT analysis. Before and during the work I collected and structured the research in FigJam, as the board shown illustrates.
